Guest guest
: " Does your chiropractor have any sort of energy treatment for zinc/copper balance? I'm thinking of the energy work you had that helped your adrenals. Maybe something similar would help zn/cu. " I think she might. I was talking to her about possible Mycoplasma infection, and she mentioned that she can do work for that as well and even for mercury and other toxins. " You might want to consider NAET at some point. " She uses NST. So far, it is working very well for my adrenals and vit B metabolism. We was surprised at how well I am taking to it, so I now only have to go every other week. I am really not sure what we are supposed to work on next visit. If she leaves it open to me, I will talk to her about my minerals and toxins. " I seem to be sensitive to energetic therapies and benefit quickly from most I have tried. " From the very little experience I have had (3 appointments), this seems to be true for me, as well. It is surprising, because I was pretty skeptical about the whole thing! In general, I am sensitive anyway, so maybe that is playing a part in it helping so much. The fatigue probably is just redistribution. " It would be good to talk to the MD about it and also to look at some material on zinc and copper deficiency and excess symptoms. I have had a lot of problems with low mineral levels, and copper is one that has been on the low side. " I am going to talk with the MD on the 12th and wait on chelation until then. I am also reading that copper insufficiency can go with autoimmune disorders, and I do have Hashi's. From what I was just reading in Andy's Hair Analysis (finally got my books back!), DMSA doesn't chelate much copper, so maybe that isn't the problem. Since I have digestive issues and have been taking lots of zinc with very little copper, it might be worth looking into. Luckily I FINALLY have an awesome doctor, whom I think I can trust to deal with this. I just have to go another 2 weeks without chelating....I will get there someday! Thanks, ! -Olif ..
