Guest guest
Hi! Ended round 2 today, and must say that I felt better this time. No loss of energy. Had some joint pain, but it got better as I stayed active. Yesterday evening my eyes started burning, and it is even worse today, after the last dose; have som headache too. I have felt this earlier, before I got my amalgams removed. Is this common while chelating ? Is there something I can do/take to help this, besides painkillers ? I am taking the the ‘usual’ supplements- - Kyrre
Guest guest
General help I have found: Lots of Vitamin C (as much as you can tolerate), Epsom salt baths (soak about 20 minutes). I've also found Goji berries to be very helpful. These things together can move the dull persistent headaches I get with the chelation process. The burning eyes could be a reaction to allergens, if it is more of a 'gritty' or dry painfulness, then you might suspect low thyroid or adrenal problems. > Burning eyes > > > Hi! > > > > Ended round 2 today, and must say that I felt better this > time. Guest guest
TK--- this is an allergy type reaction to chelating and is common - look up how to supplement for it in the AI book or andy index. > > Hi! > > > > Ended round 2 today, and must say that I felt better this time.
