Guest guest Posted June 3, 2007 Report Share Posted June 3, 2007 , how much zinc are you taking each day with your 2 mg copper? I am just curious. And are you taking them apart from each other? The more I am reading, the more I am thinking that my copper levels might be low. I think the high levels of zinc and vit. C for the past several months haven't helped. I had my daughter blind muscle test me (still not sure about all this muscle testing, or if we are even doing it correctly), but I consistently tested weak for zinc and vit. C. I am going to cut down on my zinc supplement, until I can talk with my MD on the 14th. I also seem to eat a diet low in copper. I rarely eat legumes and not much grains (gluten free and dairy free too). I do eat chocolate here and there, but not like I used to. Oh, and I think my fatigue was due to needing an increase in Armour. It has been 2 weeks since my last increase. I increased this morning and already feel better.
