chelating while mestruating

I haven't done a round while menstruating yet. Do you find that it works okay,

or do you take that week off?

I don't know of any problems with chelating while menstruating.

At first, I tried to avoid chelating when my period was due, but

often starting a round would bring on my period, even if it was not

due for a week or more. So seemed I could not avoid it even if I

tried.
