Thanks for posting that. For some reason, I thought I had tried to

read the doctor's part of that site and was not able to. Seems to

work fine now.

I could not find anything on the site about testing for reverse T3.

Does not advocate testing that? It seems like his whole theory

is based on the existence of excess reverse T3.

I just had mine tested and it's right in the middle of the ref range:

..21 (.11-.32). My Free T3 is 363 (230-420), so about 70th percentile

and my Free T4 is 1.0 (.8-1.8) or about 20th percentile. I think both

my labs and my symptoms point to being slightly hypo, even though I'm

taking 3 1/4 grains of Armour and 10 mcg Cytomel. Could I have

's Syndrome even though my reverse T3 is in range?

I'm afraid you are going to say the only way to find out is to try

's protocol.

Thanks,

I had trouble finding it at first. You go to the " Doctor Area " , click

on " Doctor Manual " , and there is a link to " web version " at the top

of the page.

It is. However A. told me she thinks it has nothing to do

with reverse T3. (Mine was below normal, so I was questioning why

I should try this protocol. I also have lower T4 relative to T3,

which doesn't fit the usual s picture.)

It is a mercury thing.

What are your temps? Low temps are the basic symptom of s

syndrome. You can find a list of other associated symptoms on the

website.

That's the only way to find out if it will help, true.

I have started my second cycle. Maybe I am just tilting at

windmills. Time will tell.
