Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 From what I understand, Celtic Sea Salt is salt that is mined from the oceans *today*, not salt that is mined from the salt left over from the Jurassic seas (or whenever). Doesn't this mean it could have some small contamination from all the synthetic crap we've been throwing into the oceans (and soil, and air..) for the past 60 or so years?
