Guest guest
Being prescribed lidocaine so you can have sex is pretty standard. Is your doc on board? If not, you might want to consider getting a doc who know more about this subject so you don't have to suffer. Lindsey Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
I agree. It didn't help me at all, unfortunately > > I used lidocaine and it didn't really help-also it can make the man " last longer " and cause more pain to you. I don't know about anyone else, but that was my experience with it. > > --------------------------------- > Never miss a thing. Guest guest
Well after finally speaking with my Dr. I have an update. She said she is more than willing to prescribe the lidocaine gel for me HOWEVER she said I can only use it at the VERY front of the area. She said if I am having internal pain I need to make an appt. with her and have it checked out. Here is where I get a little purplexed. The last few times I have been in there (which is about every month or 2) she has done 3 different cultures and tests for yeast, bacteria, any other kind of infection out there. They have all come back negative. She said the internal burning is most likely the problem getting worse, YET this conversation she says I cannot use the lidocaine internally and that I need to be checked out. Confused I must say! Has anyone used the lidocaine gel anywhere besides at the " very front " as she put it and also does anyone else have this sensation? The burning feels as if there is an infection but every single test, no matter what level and how magnified, comes back negative! I am starting to think about getting more medical opinions but wanted to see if anyone else had some advice. Thanks in advance! > > > > I used lidocaine and it didn't really help-also it can make the man > " last longer " and cause more pain to you. Guest guest
I used the lidocaine at the entrance of the vagina in the 6 o'clock area. If you are having pain inside, it could be a muscle or nerve issue...have you considere pelvic floor physical therapy? Melinda
