Hi - I take metagenics. I love it - no "burp up" effects like I've heard many of them do. I"m on vacation so if anyone writes more and I don't get back to you, please don't be offended! Hard to get on the computer. Hope you're all having a good week! And ML - I agree totally - we should all share these alternative therapies!!!!! liz
