Hi ,

I definitely understand where you are coming from there and our State Fair

is going on right now and I don't even want to go out there because I love

all of the fried and greasy food that they sell there and I don't even want

to be tempted.

I took my daughter to a Kenny Chesney concert about 10 days post op.

Talk about foods that smelled yummy! OMG! I wanted to die. LOL! I

just sipped my water & went on about my business.

The show was fabulous!!! It was the 3rd time I've seen him. It gets

better each time. I can almost wear the shirt I bought. I bought it

small on purpose. :-)

Beer isn't an issue for me. I think it's nasty!

I am right there with you on the T-shirt.......I got a couple Nascar and

other shirts a little small to work my way into....I love that song from

Kenny that is called " back where I come from " .....I know its older but I

just like that one.....

Other than having a small ulcer in my pouch, I am doing well. I have lost

74 pounds in about three months and I love my new way of eating. I cannot

handle anything sweet anymore because it is too sweet and have lost my taste

for all fried and greasy foods and that includes junk food that I used to

live off of because of the grease and the salt that they use in them.

This is the best thing that I have ever done for myself.

beers.

How much weight have you lost in 3 months? How is your family doing

with your new way of eating?

Wow Lin, that is some awesome weight loss.....My weight loss has slowed down

now Im close to 6 months, but its still coming off. That's all that counts

right........Great work, keep it up.....

I bought some Jeff Burton shirts a few years back a size too small

because I was on a diet at that time. Well I never was able to fit into

them. Now I can. And guess who is #1 in points. Yea baby!
