How did your follow up go yesterday

Good Morning Kerry,

I was so happy to make it over and actually see you in person. If it

weren't for the oxygen tank you look healthy. You have a lovely

wonderful family. Please be sure to let me know when you get your

transplant. If I can visit you I will certainly try it. I couldn't

do it right now though as I am trying to get over a sinus infection.

I think is at least the 6th sinus infection I have had since Aug. 07

but that is not so unusual for me as I lived in the midwest most of

my life and always had sinus problems. Only time my sinus didn't

bother me was the one year that I lived at Ewa Beach, HI from Sep 94

to Aug. 95. At times I think I should have stayed there and maybe

could have dated my landlordd after his wife passed away. They were

a wonderful couple and she had cancer, but I suspect he has moved

back to mainland if he is still alive as he had one son and grandson

in CA> He was in his 70's then and that was 13 years ago. He was

tall, good looking and would work around in his yard in a polynesian

short skirt. I forget what you call that. Several times when I went

back to visit my son I would drive out there to see him. I took

Miranda and Dalton out there when I took them there in 06 but he

wasn't home that day. I just wanted him to see my grandkids.

We had 75mph winds from noon to 8 p.m. on Sun. and I stayed inside

the house all but 2 min. when I stepped out on my screened in porch

which I should not have done as it flared up my allergies and stuffed

up my nose the rest of the day. But at least our duplex did not get

damaged. The model next door did have a piece of gutter that got

ripped off and lots of big trees within a mile or so of here were

down or tore up. Over 500,000 places in Cincinnati area lost power

and still last night 490,000 still didn't have it. Perhaps you got

this news where you live. My one friend in Dayton area still did not

have power yesterday. She lives near Dayton Mall on south side wich

is near I75 and 725. She is your age and was my co worker at WPAFB

whom I trained (on the side) about Earned Value. The B1 program was

finishing a contract when I quit to take the job at Newport, IN and

had no more contracts using Earned Value at the time. However,

within a year they made more contracts with Boeing and she now is

their Earned Value expert. I need to ask her what her company is

paying her though as I suspect they have taken advantage of her and

not paying her anywhere near as much as I made there and I made even

much more at Newport. However, her company does have excellent

benefits.

Speaking of benefits, Jeff is flying to Philadelphia this morning as

his company ABX Air, Inc has a negotiations meeting with the pilots

today and tomorrow. He acted concerned about me being here alone but

several neighbor s whom I have either met in person or on email have

offered to help me whenever I need help so I asked the man in charge

of our HOA if someone could come over this evening to take our trash

bins and recycle bins out to the street and he said certainly they

would be happy to do that for me.
