Guest guest
Green tea extract Transcribed from an article read in the AJC. For weight loss research study using three doses of green tea extract high dose, no dose and low dose of green tea extract were used in the study, sorry dosages were not given, subjects lost an average of 17 pounds, overall a 10% weight loss in this 16 subject doubleblind study. in a 22 week study or a fat loss of 16%. The loss was not attributed to cafine, but a protein molecule called chlorothenic acid. The double blind placebo study was published in the journal diabetes control and metabolic syndrome, January 2012 issue.Fat loss is attributed to the stimulation of fat burning in the liver as well as the overall body. 16 subjects were used in the research study. If you are interested in trying it, I recommend you pick up some green tea extract from your local health food store. Who knows, it might work for you.
