Hi there! Thanks for your help with this. It seems to have helped. I

have been taking 1/4 gram for the past 5 days. I upped it to 1/2

yesterday and had a little stomach issue but nothing like before. I

keep forgetting to try it under the tounge though! One more question,

do you take it all in one dose or spread it out somehow over the course

of the day? Thanks again!!

Thanks, Val. So, I'm trying 1/2 grain right now. Then should I do 1/2

in a.m. and 1/2 before bedtime? How would I know if I don't have it

quite right or if I'm taking too much too fast. Tell ya what, I am

soooo antsy today! I dont' know if it's something with the Armour or

the supplements I started a few days ago though.

That is why I havea personal RULE to only start ONE thing or change one

thing at a time. So I knwo what causes what. Yes anxiety can be a

symptom of raising too fast btu if it is bearable I would go wiht it. I

liek when first starting out to take AM adn noon dosing, and when you go

up past that then add the bedtime dose in.

Thanks, once again! I hope you know how very much you are apprecited.

Seriously!! I would be completely lost w/out you and this site.

That's a good rule to have. I seem to have gone a little wild here

recently. It's simply out of desperation to feel better. I'm going to

stick w/ it all though for a bit. Hopefully my body will just adapt and

things will get better soon. If not, I'll back off the Armour a bit

more. I'll also start the split dosing tomorrow.

You really are a wealth of support and knowledge. Thanks!!
