I have no problems with it either, it gives me wonderful sleep, but it was the

same even with Armour. For me T3 is the best sleep inducer I know of!

I take my T3 with my HC throughout the day in split doses but I still can't

handle a bedtime dose. It makes my heart pound. I have low ferritin as well as

adrenal fatigue.

> Just wondering if anyone would be willing to share their own thoughts,

opinions and experiences with taking a bedtime dose of t3.

I wonder if that is due to low HC at night? Do you take a bedtime dose of HC? I

never used to do either and I did sleep better than I do now... I think!
