Guest guest
Crystal, thanks so much for writing in! That is so interesting! I had my B12 level checked about a year ago and it was over 1000, but I have still been supplementing with 1000mcg sublingual B12 a day since then. Will look into it again, thanks! Like Val said, I obviously have some imbalance going on, so I've gotta find out what it is! > > I think this is important. I have had a pounding uncomfortable heart for 2 1/2 years!! Nothing helped me with this issue. Two weeks ago I started taking high doses of sublingual b-12 and had a dump for 10 days. My temps were 99's all day. At mid-night my temp was 99.6 and I was hot. My heart is much better. My doctor is going to call in shots for me. I have taken the sublinguals for over a year(5,000 mcg) but it didn't seem to work. I took 15-20,000 mcg throughout the day or when my heart would race. Anyone with celiac or low iron probably has low b-12. Seems to help me a lot. >
