Guest guest
There are lots of (self) I M P O R T A N T D O C T O R S who do not have relevant background to have a valid opinion who are spewing out tidal waves of bad papers on chelation. Those doctors who DO take large amounts of time from their busy schedule and make a good faith effort to figure out how to do chelation properly have to wade through a morass of misinformation in order to find real knowledge, and then need to do a lot of independent study of difficult subjects in order to recognize it. So my comments about Dr. Mercola's website should not be taken as critical of him as a person, but of the system that put him out there to flail around and try to figure out how to help sick people without giving him any of the relevant knowledge to do anything other than blindly follow recipes they taught him in school. At least he is trying - doubly commendable since it is so rare among physicians. However I don't think he has got it yet, so I suggest ignoring his website in favor of accurate information.
