Guest guest
mine felt like a steel bar low down all the way across from left to right a sort of like a painful unpleasant pulling sensation . when I was deep into an adrenal crisis..it got worse like swords stabbing meas well as my upper thigh muscles feeling frozen and too weak to stand but then again ....I have addisons .......so it might be a magnification of what others might get less of? ------- Original Message ------- From : colcroke Sent : 6/2/2010 2:24:45 PM To : RT3_T3 Cc : Subject : RE: Re: abdominal pain What is the pain like? Guest guest
Low ferritin has varying symptoms, but I have not heard of abdominal pain being one of them. Here's links to good ferritin info: http://faqhelp.webs.com/ironandferritin.htm http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ferritin/ > > If I have had low ferritin for 13 weeks could this cause abdominal pain too? >
Guest guest
Not sure. Mine felt like contractions, like having a child, I had C-section, but feels like what a contraction would be. It knocks me to the ground and I have to crawl on all fours, but it doesn't help. Or I get on all fours on my bed with my head down. It's the worse pain I ever felt in my life. Then it goes after a few hours. Just awful. > > > > > > If I have had low ferritin for 13 weeks could this > cause abdominal pain too? > > > >

Guest guest
i'm guessing....but....seems if you were to take some hydrocortisone...and they went away...it would be a sort of a diagnosis and discovery of what was actually going on ------- Original Message ------- From : colcroke Sent : 6/3/2010 9:37:55 AM To : RT3_T3 Cc : Subject : RE: Re: abdominal pain Not sure. Guest guest
It had me bedridden for 3 weeks..then the shot helped...when i weaned off steroids i had iron tablets and it triggered it again...now my body doesn't even want food except fruits/veggies/liquid...My low ferritin was the only trigger with the use of synthroid that made me so "hyper" symptomatically... The pain was excrutiating and nauseating where you couldn't move for days...now it is a low diffuse sensation anterior lower abdomen probably a constant 4/10 pain...To: RT3_T3 Sent: Thu, June 3, 2010 11:44:18 AMSubject: RE: Re: abdominal pain i'm guessing....but....seems if you were to take some hydrocortisone...and they went away...it would be a sort of a diagnosis and discovery of what was actually going on ------- Original Message ------- From : colcroke Sent : 6/3/2010 9:37:55 AM To : RT3_T3 Cc : Subject : RE: Re: abdominal pain Not sure.
