It now takes awhile to get through to the adrenal group, because it's on " total

moderation " , here's Val's post explaining it:

" That group is on total moderation and will probably remain that way

which means every post must be approved before it posts. This was done to make

the group more manageable and only when a mod has time to approve posts and

answer them will a group of posts come through. "
