Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 Hi all, This seems so funny to be writing because I remember when I first posted about 3 months ago that I was nervous to band my daughter!!! Well, we did and I am extremely pleased with her results! I don't have specific numbers, but just the look of her head is so much better... We have her exit appointment next Friday and I'm so nervous about her not having it on anymore! She has had so many incidents where she has hit her head or fallen backwards and had no pain because of her band. I'm scared that it'll happen after she stops wearing it and she'll really hurt herself. The other thing that makes me kind of sad is that people will no longer recognize her once she's out of it! I know that seems selfish and conceited, but I love the fact that people look at her and just smile and talk to her. I know that before we got her band that would scare the beejeebees out of me knowing that people would be staring. Am I being crazy? Am I the only one who feels like this?
