Guest guest
I had a hard time sleeping when I started HC. When I finally got my dose up to 35mg of HC a day my sleep got much better. Guest guest
It sounds like your adrenals need support of some kind. Have you had salvia testing to know what yourcortisol levels are? If your cortisol is low, and you can't take HC orrally, you could try using the OTC cream instead. Your body has to have cortisol. Period. You cannot function without it. I also homeschool. We haven't gotten much done this year so far because it has been a crazy year and I have felt so bad. But that is one of the wonderful things about homeschooling, you can be flexible. Remove stress from yourself as much as possible. Don't try to do everything and don't try to do school at home right now even if that is what normally works for you! There are tons of educational computer games and television shows. order books from the library and sit and read them together when you feel like it. You can get back to the " official " work load when you are feeling better. You can catch up later just like with everything else. I haven't worried too much because both of my children are a year ahead, so even if we do't do anything this year, we are " still on track " . Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
