Not yet, but I can tell it will be happening soon. I'm not yet optimized, but

ocasionally, I get a glimpse of feeling almost really good. :)

Probably your thyroid and/or adrenals. Get those straighted out then worry

about the weight if you still need to.

Yes, I have lost 16 lbs with my adrenal thyroid problem and am only

130 lbs to begin with! It's disgusting. I eat every hour and it's like

the energy goes right into replenishing my burnt out adrenals.

Unfortiunately, I have not responded well to any thyroid treatment or

even cortisol, so I am at a standstill right now.
