I followed the advice of emailing yet again and I got the help I needed

and the person sent me the results AND a copy of the bill (which was a

good price with the added tests). They WERE helpful and answered

promtly each time until I was satisfied. (Diagnostech) So in case I

turned anyone off them before, they are A-OK!
