I haven't noticed where Andy says what form of zinc to use. I would

use that one up and then buy zinc citrate.

In Amalgam Illness (p 162) Andy says that many people respond poorly

to selenite (are you sure you have selinate?). He seems to prefer

selenomethionine.

I just checked the supplement bottle again. It is definitely

'selenate' and not 'selinate'. The pill is sodium selenate (150 mcg) +

selenomethionine (50 mcg). Does this mean I need to get a supplement

that is purely selenomethionine?

You can save a bit of money and go cheaper. Zinc citrate or zinc

chelate, and seleniomethionine can be purchased at the local health

food store rather cheap.
