I would use that one up and then buy zinc citrate. > Lab's Selenium : Opti-Sel in the form of sodium selenate 150 > mcg, and selenomethionine 50 mcg > In Amalgam Illness (p 162) Andy says that many people respond poorly to selenite (are you sure you have selinate?). The pill is sodium selenate (150 mcg) + selenomethionine (50 mcg). Does this mean I need to get a supplement that is purely selenomethionine?
