swelling and white blood cells

Hi I am new here. I have had severe vulvovaginal swelling for 5

months, it is very painful. I have a white discharge that the

gynecollogist says is white blood cells. But the doctor has not been

able to tell me what I can do to make this go away or what is causing

it. Does this sound familiar to anyone in the group, does anyone know

if there is a name for this condition? thank you!
