Hi:

I went to the same specialist with the same results. I switched to Kellogg-Spadt. She is across the street on the other side of Broad. I also have constant burning. No pain on contact. I've found that compounded Esradiol/Testosterone has helped me the most with the burning. I still burn 24/7, but not as bad. My burning usually is regulated by my infections which I always get. Infection......more burning. No infection.......less burning.

..Cymbalta (30 mg, twice a day) helped tremendously with my burning. I am so thankful to G-d for it, I could kiss the bottle. I am also on 1200 mg of Neurontin.

I was diagnosed in 9/07 with Lichen Simplex Chronicus, was beside myself,my doctors tried every medication you could think of. Went to a specialist at Drexel University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, not impressed and no results.
