Guest guest
Val, I'm delighted for you that you've found you tolerate ALA. What could be better? My only thought here is that perhaps you're dealing with other toxins, such as pesticides, PVC's, a copy machine at work, new building materials/carpets, etc., that ALA is helping you clear. I just finished getting our home clear of plastics with an odor that bothers me or are used in food prep and storage to see what results it might bring. It was an awful project, since it meant foggy, draggy days of heavy exposures, but I'm hoping it will improve my chances for a good chelation outcome. Personally, I'd try a day or so of DMSA for symptom management after a round because that's really critical for me. But if I could do that well with ALA alone, I'd definitely be doing longer rounds. Guest guest
I didn't use dmps because I've been having a > lot of muscle pain when I use it (mainly lower back). > Try rubbing MgSO4 cream on the painful area. J
