It’s time for you to apply to be part of a new type of business!

We’re dedicated to providing our associates the tools they need to be successful through training and team building.

Please apply if you are:

· A Miami-Dade or Monroe County resident, ages 16 to 26 (Bornbetween September 1, 1985 and September 1, 1996)

· An individual with a confirmed disability:

· Must have one of the following disabilities - documentation will be required: Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, PDD-NOS

· Able to work outdoors from 4 to 8 hours per day

· Able to work weekends

· Must be available for a 1 to 2 week afterschool training course during the months of September or October

§ All interested applicants will receive an invitation for an in-person skill assessment

§ All applicants that pass the skill assessment will be invited to a 1 to 2 week training program (unpaid, you will however receive a $10 per day transportation stipend)

§ Successful trainees will receive part/full-time job offers immediately (compensated at $8 an hour plus tips)

§ NOTE: Working with Rising Tide Car Wash is performance-based and all applicants must meet company standards.

· An individual with access to daily transportation to Florida City
