Is it ok to take a homeopathic solution which includes Mercurious

Solubilis Hahnemanni D8. This was recommended for post

amalgam removal and other dental work (provisional crowns fittings -

to which Ireacted horribly) done for me last Friday (July 27th).

This med is called 'Traumeel' in tincture form. When I asked about the

mercuy part of the med - they said the low potency should not push

the mercury in the body deeper into the tissues but help bring it out

of the body.

Does this sound correct?

The other meds in the solution are:

Arnica D2, Calendula D2, Hamamelis D2, Millefolium D3, Belladona D4,

Aconitum D3, Hepar Sulfuris D8, Chamomilla D3, Symphytum D8,

Bellisperennis D2, Echinacea Angustifolia D2, Echinacea Purpurea D2,

Hypericum D2.

I was to take 3 drops every one hour. (But I have taken only 5 doses

over the last 4 days. I have been taking just arnica montana 12C by

itself a couple of times a day - besides the supplements you have

suggested in your book).

Is this Traumeel a med I can continue taking (I took it just before

and after a previous dental appointment of teeth extractions about a

month and a half ago) on doctor's orders, for about a week.

Since Friday I have taken a total of 5 doses. Over the past few days I

have been getting strange emotions at least once a day if not twice -

sort of panicked feelings, and I feel the need for some diversion to

get my mind away from it. Is this just a normal effect of post

removal? Have I added to it by taking the Traumeel, even if 5 doses

over 4 days? This is not meant to be a chelation step but as a post

dental appointment med suggested by the dentist.

Also my Naturopathic doc wants me to take 'Mercurio D6' for 15 days

(15 pills 3 times a day), then followed by 'Mercurio D10' for 3 days

(10 pills once a day). I do not intend to take it unless you approve.

Could you kindly guide me here?

If I reply to your message that won't stop Andy from commenting if he

is available. We never know when he is available, and it sounds like

you want an answer soon.

I wouldn't take it.

In classical homeopathy the homeopath takes a detailed history of the

client and prescribes the remedy and determines the dose based on the

client's symptoms.

Someone who prescribes Mercurius to everyone who just had their

amalgams removed doesn't understand homeopathy.

I would be ok with the Arnica because it is commonly used for

traumatic injuries/ pain.

I think it's from putting extra stress on your already stressed

adrenals, and your adrenals are not able to respond appropriately.

In homeopathy it is possible to use a certain dose of a remedy to

induce symptoms. Whether or not one of the elements of this remedy is

inducing symptoms in you is impossible to say without a person

knowledgeable in homeopathy taking a detailed history.

I wouldn't take them.

Thanks for your prompt reply - I know msgs of thanks are to be kept to

a minimum, but I just find this list such a blessing - can't think of

a non-religious word, sorry!

I now have a better sense of direction.
