Guest guest
Dave, I have no idea of the carb count, it has no sugar, and only carbs from the peppers. You use less than a quarter teaspoon, so, I think that the carb count would be negligible! Most other sauces are full of sugar. You would not use my hot sauce in the place of the others, but rather in addition if desired. Re: My introduction to the group Hi , Okay, where do you find dill pickles with hot peppers in them? I get the Kosher ones with garlic but I love hot stuff!!!!! thanks for saying I'm not crazy. Okay, how about celery sticks dipped in hot sauce? Is that crazy? I do that too! Guest guest
I don't eat hot dogs or lunch meat because of the sodium and nitrates. My sister had cancer and I've become much more aware of what I eat. I also have to watch what kinds of sauces I use. I am allergic to anything with MSG in it. Unfortunately, alot of things have that ingredient in it. So, I can't get myself into too much trouble.

Guest guest
Dill pickle juice is good, but oh so salty! Not good for those of us on low salt diets, although I do cheat once in a while and eat a pickle spear or two. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Mark Ruth Sent: Friday, August 10, 2012 5:26 AM To: blind-diabetics Subject: Re: My introduction to the group Who doesn't dig pickle juice for real? we got a skating place for kids here in OKC and they sale pickle juice to the kids frozen for a quarter for a ice cube size. they make money from the sale of the pickles and then they make money from the juice! my sister as a kid use to get in trouble all the time for drinking the pickle juice and the pickles would dry out. I cut up cucumbers and onions and put them in one part venagar to 3 parts water, add salt and pepper and let sit over night. then when the cucumbers and onions are all eaten, well the proper thing to do is to drink the juice! pitching that fine salty juice out is a sin for sure. Now I have never tried the juice from sweet pickles. can't actually say if it is good or not. ever tried salt with beer? Guest guest
Well, I like Blair's After Death. It is really good on a grilled cheese sandwich. Just put some on the cheese and heat it up. Mmmmm-good. Now, armando's hot sauce is actually very good and I wish I had some more. Guest guest
I do gotta tell you a little story about Blair's After Death. A good friend of mine used to get together and see who could kill who with hot sauce. We were enjoying some grilled cheese sandwiches coated with Blair's Sudden Death. All was going well until got out the bottle of After Death. He was just kidding around and put a few " drops " on his grilled cheese. It was a bit warm but he managed to get it down. I then put a few " drops " plus a few more on my next grilled cheese and it was sufficiently warm to cause the sinus to run, sweat to break out on my brow and my face turn red. We decided that we had had enough so we went back to the Sudden Death. Poor was not paying attention to what he was doing and liberally coated his next grilled cheese with the After Death. When it was ready he took a big gigantic bite and life as he had known it suddenly ceased. His face turned red, he began to have great difficulty getting sound to come out of his mouth and breathing was laborious. All we could hear was a very weak and squeaky " ah, ah, ah " . It did take a few minutes before caught his breath, sucked on a lime and began to return to the Land of the Living. Next time you can bet that he was a whole lot more careful as we did have one of Blair's sauces which was significantly warmer than the After Death. (LOLLOLLOLLOL) Anyway, I digress but , bring it on my Son.
