Guest guest
Mike - I will be attending a conference next week and would like to build my courage to ask folks for donations to the Virtual Walk. I'm not totally sure it's appropriate, but then I think maybe it would be an opportunity that I should just " go for it " . Conference is the Annual Academy of Hospice and Palliative Care - palliative care is not just about cancer. Palliative Care is focusing medical care on pain and symptom management of any chronic disease. Well by gum, PSC is a chronic illness with major symptom management issues!!! Thus it seems like a place to increase awareness, just as I'm sitting waiting for a talk or something. Mike - What do you think? What suggestions do you have? I know last year you asked many " strangers " to donate to the Virtual Walk - can you give me some guidance? Thanks for your time and thoughts.
