hepatic encephalopathy-chart help

Barb and others, I'm looking for the HE chart that has been posted several times now, but is hiding from me. I'm leaving for home tomorrow but I wanted to leave a copy for Michele. Until I got here she was unaware that the confusion is from liver failure. If you have info. on pruritus we'd take that, too. She has little resources here and has no insurance so doctor visits are few. If you can post this again before the day is out I'd really appreciate it.
