Guest guest
Hey guys, Thanks everybody who responded. I think I'm going to just stick with ala for now. I get an almost immediate lift mentally when I start taking it. I'm more clear-headed and happier - not bad, huh? I've read on the web that people have reported feeling an improvement in mood while taking Ala. Not sure why this is? I mean, does it really remove that much mercury so quickly or is it the ingredients in ala that the brain is lacking? Either way, I'll take it. The anxiety the second day off round still freaks me out - maybe it will fade in time? Also, Joanne, I had trouble with ala alone a couple of years ago because it stirred up so much yeast (?) in my abdomen. But, I've been on a strick anti-candida plan now for a few weeks and I think it's helping. And I have to say again and again - diet is just as important as chelation imho when it comes to mercury toxicity. I got my results back from ALCAT and sugar was in the red. Not much else in red to worry about but I had over 50 foods in the mild category. Also, had candida, gluten and whey sensitivities. Yeah, my gut is a mess. I'm also working on stress management. I've just left the job from hell. Never realized how evil a school principal could be! Anyway, stress makes everything worse and I can work myself into a frenzy. So, am practising keeping calm and positive which also is helping. This is a long journey and I'm ready for it to be over! VAl
