I would think especially fish/flax oil and antioxidants might be helpful with this. Also magnesium. It might be relevant to think about whether it is tendons, ligaments or muscles that are stiff. There are alkalising powders on the market, oral bicarb does it, so does oral magnesium citrate or epsom salts baths in my experience. I have had muscular stiffness and restless legs.
