I'm not sure what this is, but I would check the list of basic

supplements in Andy's book and make sure you are taking what you

need. I would think especially fish/flax oil and antioxidants

might be helpful with this. Also magnesium.

It might be relevant to think about whether it is tendons, ligaments

or muscles that are stiff. I am not sure what the difference would

be, but I'm sure it might help you track down more information on

what to do for the problem.

Hi,

Have you checked your urine pH? If you are overly 'acidic', you may

experience muscle stiffness. There are alkalising powders on the

market, oral bicarb does it, so does oral magnesium citrate or epsom

salts baths in my experience. I have had muscular stiffness and

restless legs.
