Guest guest
<> Is it possible to set your dosing so you stay up till 11:00 then wake up for your nocturnal dose at 3 and then wake for the 7 dose. It seems to me that if you are taking coffea etc before bed so you are more able to manage yourself you will likely suffer from this in the long run. Guest guest
HI, For one of my kids, I have to dissolve the ALA into a small amount of water for night dosings. Perhaps you can do this for yourself, thus all you are doing on waking, is " having a drink " . I add alkaliser to this water to prevent any nightime reflux symptoms. good luck na > > > > My DMPS/ALA chelation is going great. Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- From: When I am alert in the morning and I go back to where I slept I usually find one or two capsules in the bed or on the floor. I really thought that I swallowed them all at night. There's no point in stopping the round at that point because I have already taken the next dose. ===>I sleep like this. My dh left for work one morning, didn't close the door, house alarm went off, police came, dd let them in, they searched the entire house, including my bedroom and I never woke up. So nighttime dosing of chelators with our little one scared me. After messing up a round where I turned off two alarms with absolutely no memory I hit upon a way to do this. I have to set my alarms way across the room so that I have to get out of bed to turn them off. This way I'm more awake and know what I am doing. But I still don't trust myself. If this isn't possible for you the only way I can think you can continue is to get someone to help you wake up and make sure you are taking the chelator. On the nights we have her, I set two alarms, little one is in my bed, dh sets his alarm and gets up and checks to make sure I gave her the dose. Really a problem for people who sleep soundly, sorry you are having so much trouble. I've been taking 5 mg Cortef before bed in an attempt to get more alert at night. Can anyone believe that anyone could be this dysfunctional at night? My legs are so painful at night that getting up and walking around before taking doses isn't an option. I don't want to stop chelation because every time I stop the pain gets worse. Sometimes my dilemmas sound hopeless. Maybe coffee before bed??? Any ideas? I changed the schedule so that I am dosing at 4 h intervals instead of 3 h at night. Only one time to wake up and one pill to take worked last night. Better to go for a 4 h interval than miss the dose entirely I believe (not sure if it was from missing doses but yesterday I was having blurred vision for the first time in a long time).
