vitamin A- Andy's recommendation

I know Andy says high amounts of vitamin A are okay. Does anyone know how high

we are talking?

I take cod liver oil, but my vitamin D is still low in the normal range. I have

been taking about 2000 IU D in that form. I want to increase it to 3000 IU,

which means I would be getting about 30,000 IU vitamin A. Is this okay?

Thanks,

Olif

In AI he says a maintenance dose of 20,000 iu is reasonable.

If there is any chance of becoming pregnant the vit A dose shouldn't

go above 10,000 iu. 30,000 iu would be ok for the short term. I

would look for the 1000 iu vit D tablets that are readily available in

most places including grocery stores and Walmart, and keep the CLO

dose at 1-2 T.
