Guest guest
I know Andy says high amounts of vitamin A are okay. Does anyone know how high we are talking? I take cod liver oil, but my vitamin D is still low in the normal range. I have been taking about 2000 IU D in that form. I want to increase it to 3000 IU, which means I would be getting about 30,000 IU vitamin A. Is this okay? Thanks, Olif

I would look for the 1000 iu vit D tablets that are readily available in most places including grocery stores and Walmart, and keep the CLO dose at 1-2 T.
