Guest guest
I know it sounds weird but I can't tolerate iron suppliments. I eat an iron rich diet but my iron is always very low. Does anyone know why this would be? Thanks! -Alessa

If it is very low, it can cause problems, so I would look for a form you can tolerate, if only in a small amount. Gluconate, glycinate are more tolerable for me. Also Jarrow has something called IronSorb that I tolerate. --
