Guest guest
, how much E. are you using? If you are using a big amount, everyday, I would taper down. I used it everyday to begin with for a few months, but I always use just a tiny pea size dab...never a big amount. Now I only use it twice a week. Just me though. Have you had cramps with your periods while using the Estrace? Also, having a baby can really mess with your cycles. As we get older, things change and even if you have been used to a 'consistent' cycle pattern that can definitely change anytime without warning! You could always taper down on the Estrace or stop for a cycle or two and compare. Also, several of the gals on Happy Pelvis have mentioned not canceling PT when cycling...I guess it depends more on you and your comfort level...but seems like PT's are totally unphased by it...and I'm almost positive Rhonda would be! Guest guest
Chelle, I've been using about a larger pea sized amount almost everyday. Yes, I get kinda bad cramps with my period, but that has always been that way. Pregnancy didn't change anything. I've been consistant for the past 9 months since my period came back...until the E. I just know that the skin at the 6 o'clock spot is all that is hurting. It only bugs me when pulled on/sex. I am wondering if it is small tears and so I hoped that the E would heal that. After the last time I had sex, that area was bright red for the night and very sore. The next morning it was fine. That's the only spot I still have to put lido on to have sex. I think that I'll ask Rhonda when I see her in a month. I'm glad to hear someone else say that it doesn't matter if you are on your cycle. I figured/my husband figured that Rhonda wouldn't care. I'll try tapering off the E some. Any other ideas to heal that area? Thanks, > > , how much E. are you using? If you are using a big amount, everyday, I would taper down.
