Guest guest
Okay, but what about my question about mixing ALA with the supps? Is that okay to do? > > > > So far I have been mixing my doses of ALA with a mixture of > spirulina > > and protein powders and am presently looking into mixing it with my > > supps instead so as to split their doses more. Guest guest
It don't think it would be good to mix ALA with protein powders. I would use ascorbic acid or Mg citrate to fill the ALA caps and keep them separate from your mixture of supplements. ALA has to be taken at 3 h intervals or more frequently, around the clock, 4 y at night, for at least 3 days on and as many days off as days on. Spirulina is a blue green algae and is contraindicated on the Cutler protocol. I don't know what Advanced Medicine Hepatic Detox is.
