Guest guest
After completing 4th round at 3pm Tuesday ALA 8mg every 3 hours for 3 days. The 4th day for the first time my son complained Wednesday around 7pm of headache and legs hurt (upper hamstrings) which I'd never heard him complain of before ever. Could this be a side effect of redistribution the first off day? kyle (8)

Magnesium gets used up quickly during chelation, and is not retained by toxic kidneys very well, so is very important to supplement frequently in fairly large quantities. Many people include vitamin C and Mg with every dose (and continue to supplement during off days). J > > kyle (8) >
