How should I quit molybdenum?

I'm currently taking 3000 mcg of molybdenum and I want to quit. I

thought I could cure the copper poisoning with it but for the most

part it's just making me feel substantially worse. I gave it plenty of

time.

My question is, do you think it would be dangerous to quick all at

once. I took my 3 months of slowly increasing doses on molybdenum to

get to 3000 mcg because the symptoms I came down with were really strong.

Do you think I will have a really strong reaction if I quick the

molybdenum all at once?
