I am already supplementing potassium, 1200 a day, and my last lab (one week ago)

was 4.2.

I don't have any magnesium at home (and it is night time), but I have potassium.

I had 600 potassium a while ago at dinner, would you recommend to take another

tablet?

Many thanks Val for being there and answering!!!

I doubt it would hurt. Shame it is night time as pharmacies carry a

product called Leg Cramps Plus Quinine., It works. I used to keep

quinine in the house for the horrid muscle spasms I used to get but sime

beingon enough potasium I dont get them any more.
