It's probably ok as long as whatever you do is consistent for each

dose of the round

You could put 3 x 100 mg together in one pile and divide by 4 to get

75 mg.

TK-- to keep dosage consistent I would suggest using pre-measured

dosage capsules - 3 x 25mg a 50mg + 25mg etc.
