I wonder what the minimum set of supplements and dosage would be??? I want to keep things as simple as possible. I don't take zinc, milk thistle, molybdenum at the moment. The B complex includes all b vitamins.(most of them are 50mcg except folic acid which is 400mcg) magnesium is 200 mg/day Cod liver oil are 2 capsules/day, flaxseed 2-3 tablespoons. Not sure how much C i should take???

Molybdenum only if you have obvious sulfute or alcohol issues (flushing all red from small amounts of alcohol). > > The B complex includes all b vitamins.(most of them are 50mcg except > folic acid which is 400mcg) > > magnesium is 200 mg/day > > Cod liver oil are 2 capsules/day, flaxseed 2-3 tablespoons. > > Not sure how much C i should take??? > Add some E. 400-1000 IU a day. Guest guest
Andy - I found a timed release ALA called Ageless Beauty Rx. Do you know anything about it or recommend it for night time usage at least? I'm having blood sugar issues and would like to start at least chelating with that. My life has been such this past 2 years or so I haven't even thought about chelating, but did a fast track (fat flush) detox which is very gentle and am motivated to get going on that again. I learned how to grow wheat grass, too, and intend to start using it. (Slowly). Jeanie Re: antioxidants and supplements during chelation > For finacial reason i do not want take too many supplements, but > don't want to hurt myself taking too little.
