So the next question is do you need RT3 labs in the first place??

Have you been on any thyroid replacement at any time?

Can you post again what labs you have?

Found them after posting the last message

you are low in thyroid, both T4 and FT3

You may do OK on natural, Erfa, thyroid S, Greater pharma etc as your

T4 is below half range.

T4 meds on their own wouldn't do any good

T3 on it's own would work, it seems the most predictable of the 3

options, It does mean you have no reserves though and MUST take it

several times a day and not stop suddenly. You are already in that

position with cortisol though so are used to that commitment.

What are your temperature and pulse doing?

You will need a ferritin lab to confirm that is at least 70, T3 if

ferritin is low is barf news
