T4 meds on their own wouldn't do any good T3 on it's own would work, it seems the most predictable of the 3 options, It does mean you have no reserves though and MUST take it several times a day and not stop suddenly. You are already in that position with cortisol though so are used to that commitment. What are your temperature and pulse doing?
