what size capsules should I order? 0, 00, 000?

I use the smaller ones for my son (#3), but I pay $17 US for 1,000

caps through Capsuline. For shipments in the US, shipping is free.

I don't know whether they do anything for our northerly neighbors on

the shipping front, but it might be worth asking.
