Help. I was low sodium..then low potassiumNow recently Im so tired and sqeezing like no oxygen in heart.Well the bloodwork came back...I dont understand but, sodium 147 H (135-145)potassium 4.0 (3.5- 5.2)anion gap 19 H (4-18)urine osmoality 220 L (300-900)and WBC still is and always LOWMCH is LOWANY CLUES? I do eat very low carb. I dont take salt, but try to eat plenty..especially since it's always been low. I have been trying to take more Isocort due to exhaustion. I was told by my Dr and Val to lower my t3 from 100mcg to 75mg..due to 7.5 ft3.But then my hair got worse and I got a severe incapacitating hip tendonitis that caused me to not be able to walk for months. I recently went back up on t3 in between the 2 amounts to 87.mcg. I take 12-15 isocort a day. Thank you, leisa------------------------------------We are not

There is a big electrolyte imbalance there and I am out of my depth

but suspect that it's adrenal related.

Can you repost this one tomorrow on the adrenal group and see if they

can help you

Well, I went to the er...they took blood and I was totally surprised to find that now, less than a week later the sodium was 139 and the potassium was 3.8! crazy, but more like my normal numbers. I dont know how they can change so quickly...

but I will say after the ER, I was up all night very sick with stomach flu. So, Ill wait a day or so then either call Val or ask the adrenal group.
