Guest guest
I have to disagree. I am ultra sensitive to all meds, and took HC at 5 mg and it was too much for my system to handle. I just started Isocort (with licorice) a week ago (literally started at 1/2 a pellet and now up to 3 pellets) and already feel a bit of a heart-pounding sometimes. I just think some systems respond better to HC and others to adrenal extracts, and perhaps it depends on the person's sensitivities and levels of adrenal fatigue. > > > > according to the makers, each pellet contains 2.5 mgs of HC yet i have > > read numerous posts of people that did far better with HC instead and > > that isocort isn't near as effective leaving question as to whether it > > really does contain that amount of HC. > > > > has this been a conclusion then based on so many experiences of > > everyone gathered then, or are there any links with more info that > > debates it actually having this amount of HC? > > > > i just wish i would have started with HC knowing that and my levels > > being flatlined since i haven't felt much better on isocort yet > > thought it'd be as effective... > > > > shar > > >
Guest guest
Nil/others, Nil - Could you let me know how you are doing with adrenal extract? Are you using Isocort or another brand? I am only at one pellet a day and still get some heart pounding after I take it for about 20 -30 minutes, and wonder if this is normal. Does anyone else experience the heart pounding right after taking Isocort or HC? Is that normal and will it disappear as I gradually adjust? Thanks! Metta > > I am also extremely sensitive to fillers in pills and wouldn't be able to take HC tablets. Just taking a paracetamol tablet or simple vitamin or antibiotic makes me sick very much in other ways.toxicity increase, head aches, runny nose, feeling depressed and confused, etc.depression and confusion is really the worst part of it. Also using natural extracts. > bw > Nil > Re: the lowdown on isocort > > > I have to disagree. I am ultra sensitive to all meds, and took HC at 5 > mg and it was too much for my system to handle.
