Mine is definately worse in the morning. I am still having a really hard

time getting out of bed each morning although it is a bit better since

starting the HC. I pretty much stay physically exhausted throughout the day

and around 8 or 9 at night I will finally start to feel a tiny bit better IF

nothing has happend to stress me out. If I have a particularly stressful day

I don't usually feel it that day so much, but the next day I am almost

incapacitated if I didn't stress dose. I have 2 children, so I don't allow

myself to be completely unconsious during the day when I'm the only one

home, but it can be close sometimes. It has always puzzled me that people

who are overweight are said to have no will power. I have an increadibly

strong will or I wouldn't have probably survived the last several years. I

would have laid down and given up. I certainly wouldn't have accomplished

much. I've learned how to ration my spoons (from the spoon theory) so that I

can do a bit here and there. Of course, I still haven't gotten a new spoon

rationing program that actually works since my adrenals completely crashed.

Now I do spoons by the hour instead of by the day or week.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy

enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright
