Guest guest
This might be a stupid question, but why do some people feel so good while chelating? Luckily I am one of those people, assuming I don't have my dosages too high, but it makes days off really difficult. Chelating is taxing on the body, so why do I feel so good while doing it? Is it the ridding of mercury that makes me feel good, or is it just the euphoric effect of ALA? I have more mental and physical energy, my moods are up, etc. Thanks! -Olif...who just ended a round last night and can't wait to start another... Guest guest
I feel good too when i am chelating. I don't think it's the ALA, I even feel better when I do just the DMSA alone. I think it's the chelators that stop the mercury running around and doing damage in your body. > > This might be a stupid question, but why do some people feel so good while chelating? > > Luckily I am one of those people, assuming I don't have my dosages too high, but it makes days off really difficult. > > Chelating is taxing on the body, so why do I feel so good while doing it? Guest guest
I think Andy says people who do well on chelators often need more cysteine in their diet. You might experiment with sulfury stuff and see how you do. Of course it may also be that you are clearing out the heavy metals. I know when I first started, I felt terrible off round and it seemed like there was just too much mercury or whatever floating around. I remember the " can't wait to chelate again " feeling. I still get it to a degree, but it is not so much fatigue or feeling " beat up " that makes me want to chelate now, it is other symptoms. -- > > This might be a stupid question, but why do some people feel so good while chelating? > > Luckily I am one of those people, assuming I don't have my dosages too high, but it makes days off really difficult. > > Chelating is taxing on the body, so why do I feel so good while doing it? Then my bowels start to back up. I am low sulfur type. WIth the addition of ALA my bowels get a heck of alot better. I read that ALA increases the flow of bile and that would make sense with the increased intestinal movement. I have also done well with Artichoke Leaf extract which increases bile flow. Also a parasite cleanse may help. I was a bit fooled as I felt alot better with doing both. Then I reached a point where I increased my amount of days and my kidneys and bowels crashed. I have really seen how my bowel/kidney /cystitis problems relate to the lead/ mercury/arsenic / other metals.I do several good homeopathic called Mercury Kidney adn LEad Tailbone by Kroeger Homeopathics and Mercury Solubulis and other heavy metal homeopathics to help support my body. Part of the problem was my hormones had gotten low. So I took more testosterone and progesterone in herbal form.. Body1million

Looking back a few months before I could see my bladder had been getting irritated more-- I am very prone to bladder/ and kidney problems.. I had not had any kidney problems for about 8 years..MY main problems have been the recurring bladder infections which I used to get over with herbs { chrysantemum tea which you can get very cheaply at a Chinese grocery store}, and bad irritable bowel.I have not had alot of problems with candida for the past 10 years , and my air hunger problems which turned out to be from mitral valve prolapse { it only took 20 years for a doctor to figure that out{ sarcastically} } was cured from taking CoQ 10 .. I got the weakness and bowel constipation under control after a few weeks after the crash . . I cultured for e coli , in my urine, plus as I have known from the years ago experience that kidney pain also means an infestation of the parasite amoeba in my case and what else I do not know. I figure the irritable bowel has to do with the ecoli adn other bacteria , and parasites. I did a parasite cleanse right after crashing, which helped a little bit, Then I started with the herb turmeric, and am going to add fennel as it also kills off ecoli . Last week, I also increased my magnesium supplements which really gave me an energy boost and improved my bowels . .. But the bladder /kidney infection remained after several different herbal kidney formulas. My kidneys were bad for awhile years ago. Nothing was cultured the 8 years ago but I would have pain .. I am just researching how to get rid of parasites as the way I did it before I cannot totally identify , as I was doing a heck of alot back then, plus I had alot more going on. I had improved alot from the FDC with my liver symptoms when I started a year ago. I felt I was able to eat better after 29 years of severe problems. I worked up to and continued to do well with 50 /1oo DMSA /ALA ,doing it 6 days once a month until looking back the beginnings of more bladder problems.I really noticed I needed to take long breaks to build up minerals. I am thinking I am going to restart after my kidneys are better with the low dose of 12.5 DMSA only... I am seeing a new doctor in a month ,--someone mentioned by someone into FDC , Does this sound like a good plan.?? I am currently doing antibiotics as herbs did not get rid of the infection. But the ache was still there ..I do know now that homeopathic AMoeba helps with the aching. I noticed recentely reference to Hulda es protocals--- I may try the bowel cleanse and a kidney cleanse--- Any one with experience with kidney problems?? I really all along was not aware of what being well felt like as I had been so ill for now 30 years , I sort of went by that if I felt improvement I was happy, . The 8years ago , I was also doing intravenous chelation and seemed to feel that after a certain amount the kidneys got totally better, after intially getting worse..My bowels and liver problems never improved on the intravenous.. And of course I would NEVER go back to that.. Unfortunately I did not keep a diary and I cannot remember all the supplements etc I was taking at that time the kidneys got better. So do keep a diary--- we do not know how long we may be ill. This crisis actually made me look for other things and I feel at least more in tune with my body..adn of course thanks to the computer I have found some help. .. .. I can tell from my sypmtoms that there is a spot in my intestines which relates directly to the kidneys -- as when I have done an enema the kidneys also improve. I theorize that I have an infestation of amoebas there , They apparently lodge in your intestines , irritating the muscle , eventually creating an open lesion through which they migrate to the vulnerable and weakened parts of our body. ..If only it was only just one thing we had to deal with !!
