any more suggestions on non sulphur foods

I am guessing the following are Ok

A) potatoes

B) rice

C)lettuce, zuhhini and celery (my green drink)

D) pasta??

so it looks like a lot of starch

Also just read that cucumbers have a lot of starch, is this so?

and nuts ie almonds) are not OK?

Hi ,

This is a list that I've tentatively put together:

alfalfa sprouts, avocado, celery, cucumber, dandelion, eggplant, kohlrabi,

lettuce, olives, spinach, tomato

vinegar (braggs),

However, there are a lot of things that I can't eat due to the candida diet that

I'm on so you may be able to add to that.

Regards,

Cara

eat...you may be vegetarian, I am not.

Meat (pork, beef, chicken, buffalo, venison - organic all)

carrots

red/green peppers

squash

yams

potatoes

cucumbers

celery

green beans

eggplants

zuchini

fennel

artichokes

lettuce

avacados

jimica

tomatoes (although I don't do well on them for other reasons

I can't use citrus so I use balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar.

I do use butter but no other dairy products.

I love green beans and almonds

I roast peppers and you can roast tomatoes for a nice sauce

I sometimes for a change use my mandolin to thinly slice veggies for

a different salad

Hope this is helpful

Check the food appendix in Amalgam Illness

and DO NOTE that beans are incorrectly listed as low in sulfur, they are

actually quite

sulfury and you should strike them out and lettetr them in under high sulfur.

The only not OK nuts are peanuts.

I can do meats. Andy I blieve said in a post that there was a

difference between high sulfur food and foods that had extra thingies

(thiols) I am really not good at chemistry but my understanding is it

is the food with the extra thingies that allow mercury to connect and

make them weak chelators.

So when I search the net, high sulphur foods include blueberries and

peaches. But they don't have extra thiols. I hope this helps you

because it was a stumbling block for me for quite sometime. I will try

and find the post.
