Guest guest
Hi , This is a list that I've tentatively put together: alfalfa sprouts, avocado, celery, cucumber, dandelion, eggplant, kohlrabi, lettuce, olives, spinach, tomato vinegar (braggs), However, there are a lot of things that I can't eat due to the candida diet that I'm on so you may be able to add to that. I love green beans and almonds I roast peppers and you can roast tomatoes for a nice sauce I sometimes for a change use my mandolin to thinly slice veggies for a different salad Hope this is helpful

The only not OK nuts are peanuts. Andy

Guest guest
---kendra I can do meats. Andy I blieve said in a post that there was a difference between high sulfur food and foods that had extra thingies (thiols) I am really not good at chemistry but my understanding is it is the food with the extra thingies that allow mercury to connect and make them weak chelators. So when I search the net, high sulphur foods include blueberries and peaches. But they don't have extra thiols. I hope this helps you because it was a stumbling block for me for quite sometime. I will try and find the post. Colette
