However, there are super cheap sources of magnesium out there that make your taking a risk about dosing and even doing a lot of posting perhaps not worthwhile - that's been my experience. For example, out Mag Citrate is " buy one get two free " from Puritan's Pride (see their website) - what follows it clipped from their site: -Discount vitamin mineral supplements from Puritan's Pride. ... MAGNESIUM CITRATE 833MG. 833 mg. 100 Capsules. Buy 1 for $9.69 Get 2 Free That's 300 capsules each 833mg (probably more than you'll need) for less than $10 + shipping. They have lower doses (we have their 100mg capsules) and they're often running that buy one, get two free - it's even less. We've had no problems with their content to date. Guest guest
Thanks for that! that's pretty cheap, but when international shipping, Australian TGA regulations that won't let you import more than 3 months personal supply according to manufacturer's recommended dosing and the fact that this product is only 8.33% Mg (833mg Mg Citrate yielding 100mg elemental Mg) are all taken into consideration, my source is cheaper, stronger and more convenient for me as I am making up " multi supplement " pills. I do appreciate the suggestion, though as I am living on welfare and penny pinching and I'm sure others in the US will find it VERY useful. Thanks so much for your thoughtful input.
